CELEBRATIONS AND CONFERENCES AT RENTHOF KASSEL
There are moments that we all would like to remember forever and consequently we long for special events. Make your wedding, family or company celebration such unforgettable events for yourself and for all your guests. We shall be happy to fulfil your wishes with great pleasure and individually – just as you have longed for. Four intimate separate rooms, a restaurant, a wonderful inner courtyard, and our bar offer spaces for many sociable moments.
From the first idea to implementation, we are at your service to advise you personally and plan your event together with you. On the day itself, we shall attend to everything in order to create the ideal setting for your event.
We shall spoil you and your guests with selected snacks and a delicious buffet or menu offerings. This leaves you more time for the actual successful conference, wedding, birthday, and many other festive occasions.
Should you have requirements beyond the standard technology available in the room, we shall be happy to help you organize the right equipment through a third-party provider.
We shall put you in touch with DJs, florists, confectioners, event technicians, photographers, and makeup artists. We are pleased to advise you in detail regarding the menu or buffet and drink selection, as well as on the compilation of the table plan and arranging of an appropriate schedule for your event.

Our largest event location, die alte Brüderkirche / the old Brüderkirche, is characterized by its select festive atmosphere. Depending on the seating, the bright church space offers space for celebrations, lectures, concerts or conferences for 150 to 350 people.

Innovative thinking needs appealing rooms and the right environment for the participants to feel good. We are ideally positioned to plan your conference. With a
flexible room concept and modern technical equipment in very different rooms, we enable you conference experiences of high standard.
We have the right room for every conference size. We can make our conference suite available to you for two or more people. If you represent 100 or more people, we shall be happy to implement your conference concept in die Brüderkirche / The Brethren Church.
So that your conference guests might be in a position to engage with maximum concentration, we serve home-made, regional, and seasonal snacks that are light and wholesome.
After the meeting has been held, you and your participants can relax with a refreshing drink at our Pudelbar bar and in the lounge.
Our event experts will work with you to develop just the right conference model that fits your requirement profile. This can also be combined with an entertaining evening programme or adventure excursion into the surrounding area.
Dear guests, we are also well represented in the field of digital conferences.
As of August 1st, 2021, weframe One will refurnish our hall – projector, Flipchart and Co. – and offer everything with a digital solution that will enable moderators and participants to get the best out of meetings. weframe One consists of an 86″ large multi-touch display and easy-to-use software – especially developed for group work.

WEDDINGS AT RENTHOF
Weddings are among the most important days of our life. We want to help you make weddings as beautiful as possible.
The bride and groom have a wide variety of tasks in preparation for the wedding celebration. That is why we would be more than happy to advise you personally in advance and help plan the wedding celebration together with you. On the day itself, we will take care of everything to ensure the best possible wedding setting. We would do this as professionals and in the background. And thus leave you more time for the most important things: Your partner, your guests, the party.
If you wish, we can recommend a beautiful church in the locality or you can choose one of the special romantic locations which the city of Kassel offers as wedding venues – including at our very own facilities, our beautiful library or in our hall.
