YOUR ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you’re considering arriving earlier, please let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate early arrivals, but we can’t guarantee it.

If you’re arriving by car, we recommend reserving a parking space. A space in our parking garage costs €15.00 per night. Feel free to use one of our short-term parking spaces right in front of the main entrance when you arrive—so you can check in first and then park your car in the garage.

We’ll be happy to have a carafe of freshly filtered tap water ready for you at our bar. We filter Kassel’s soft drinking water and sustainably turn it into a refreshing, healthy pick-me-up—so you can feel completely at home with us. You’ll receive the water as soon as we’ve had a quick look at your travel documents—and as often as you like. When you check out, please leave the carafe in your room.

As we look for new sustainable ideas, we’ve decided to discontinue daily room cleaning for stays of more than one night. We believe we can win you over right away, because you know best when your room really needs cleaning. That’s why we’ve introduced a simple principle: if you let reception know by 9:00 AM, we’ll clean your room the same day. Trash will be collected daily. Thank you very much for your support—we’re delighted that, with a small change, you’re helping ensure people can still travel a beautiful Earth for many years to come!
