The Renthof officially opened in early June 2017 and has since enjoyed great popularity in the documenta city of Kassel and beyond. Elegant mixtures of styles and high-quality furnishings underline the special architecture of the building sections from different centuries. The hotel and restaurant ambience, with its sense of the special and the beautiful, shapes the appearance of the house. We place particular value on an informal and authentic atmosphere in which our guests can feel at home, just like with friends. Since June 2021, the Renthof has held the “GreenSign” Level 4 award and is listed with “Greentable”. Sustainability is important to us and is lived from the cellar to the attic.
