Your arrival information

Dear guest,

you will soon be arriving, and we are very much looking forward to your visit in our hotel.

We would like to send you some relevant information to prepare you for your stay in advance.

Arrival:

Your room will be at your disposal from 3PM on the day of arrival. If you are thinking about arriving earlier, please let us know in advance.

We do our best to to accommodate earlier arrivals, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If you are arriving by car, we recommend that you reserve a parking space. For parking space in our parking garage is € 15,00 per night. You are welcome to use one of our short-time parking spaces directly in front of the main entrance for your check-in and park your car in the car park afterwards.

Take the chance to fill in your data in advance via the digital registration form. This will save you time on the day of arrival, which you can use in our beautiful city and in our hotel.

We are happy to keep a carafe of freshly filtered tap water ready for you at our bar.

We filter our soft Kassel drinking water and transform it sustainably into an invigorating, healthy refreshment so that you can feel right at home. You will receive the water as soon as we have a look at your travel documents as often as you wish. When you check out, please just leave the carafe in your room.

You are welcome to inform yourself about our house and Kassel in advance. Our mobile guest App will provide you with exciting impressions about the Renthof and events in our house.

Departure:

On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11 AM.
