Hotel, restaurant, conference and event venue: lived diversityWe are a modern hotel and restaurant in historic walls dating back to 1298, popular for family and friendly gatherings as well as events and conferences. Each of our 55 rooms and suites is unique in layout and furnishings.In our restaurant we offer creative cuisine with dishes that retell the stories of Northern Hesse. We focus on high-quality regional ingredients, seasonal freshness and a high proportion of organic products. As a conference and event venue, we can flexibly adapt to our guests’ needs thanks to versatile spaces for group sizes from under 20 to 350 people. We offer upscale cuisine with creative dishes that retell the stories of Northern Hesse. We source our ingredients from the region whenever possible. We believe we should know our regional producers personally and are always amazed by the richness and diversity of our central German homeland during our on-site visits. We focus on the highest quality, freshness and seasonality, which is why we offer a small, refined menu that we change every 6 weeks. Our spaces offer exciting and varied possibilities for all kinds of events. We are happy to accommodate our guests’ wishes and are open to new ideas. Together we develop holistic concepts and solutions with appropriate partners. (However, we don’t compromise our values \u2013 events should also align with our house philosophy.) Economic success should not come at the expense of people, animals or the environment. We want to continuously reduce our CO2 footprint, avoid waste and advocate for greater animal welfare.
